Delete account

The App does not require you to create an account. All study progress, incorrect-answer records, and subscription state are stored locally on your device or keyed to an anonymous identifier that contains no personally identifying information.

Option 1: uninstall the App

On the iPhone home screen, press and hold the app icon → Remove App → Delete App. Local data is cleared immediately.

Option 2: delete anonymous cloud data

The App collects anonymous subscription and usage data through RevenueCat and PostHog (no personally identifying information). To delete these anonymous records, email support@preplicense.com with the subject "Delete Account - PrepLicense TW Securities & Futures", including the anonymous user ID shown at the bottom of the in-app Settings page. We process these within 7 business days.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete the data above. To do both, first cancel via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, then email us as described in Option 2.
