Subscriptions & Billing
How do I cancel my subscription? iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → find NMLS Exam Prep → Cancel. You can continue to use the App until the end of the current period.
Refunds? App Store subscription refunds are handled by Apple. Please file a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore purchases? Open in-app Settings → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID to restore prior purchases.
Pricing? US$9.99/month, US$39.99/year, or US$59.99 lifetime one-time purchase. Localized App Store pricing applies in other regions.

Found an error or disagree with an answer? Please email us with the question ID (shown at the bottom right of the question) and your reasoning. We will reply and correct content within 5 business days.
How often is content updated? Whenever the SAFE test outline or relevant federal/state regulations are revised, we update the question bank within 1–2 weeks.
Question bank scope? Covers all 5 domains of the SAFE MLO National Test with UST: Federal Mortgage-Related Laws (TILA/RESPA/ECOA/TRID/HMDA/GLBA/SAFE Act), Mortgage Loan Origination Activities, General Mortgage Knowledge, Ethics, and Uniform State Test — with 1,000 practice questions plus a 240-question mock pool (1,240 total).
Are these "real exam" questions? No. All 1,240 questions are 100% original content authored from public sources (eCFR, CFPB, HUD, VA, USDA, NMLS Resource Center, SAFE Act text). We do not reproduce or scrape any portion of the official NMLS examination item bank.
