Covers Hong Kong tenancy law, types of tenancy, the rights and obligations of landlords and tenants, rent determination, and key points of the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance. Moderately weighted.
Part 8: Management of Estate Agency Business and Supervision of Salespersons
管理地產代理業務及監督營業員
Covers the day-to-day management of an estate agency business, supervisory responsibilities over salespersons, compliance requirements and business conduct. A key area for the Estate Agent exam.
