Delete Account

The App does not require user accounts. All study progress, incorrect-answer history, and subscription status are stored locally on your device or associated with an anonymous identifier; no personal identifying information is involved.

Method 1: Uninstall the App

Long-press the app icon on your iPhone home screen → Remove App → Delete App. All local data is removed immediately.

Method 2: Delete Cloud-Side Anonymous Data

The App uses RevenueCat and PostHog to collect anonymous subscription and usage data (with no personal identifiers). To delete these anonymous records, email scctang12@gmail.com with subject "Delete Account - PrepTW Real Estate" and include the anonymous user ID displayed at the bottom of the in-app Settings page. We will process the request within 7 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete the data described above. To cancel your subscription and delete data, first go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to cancel, then follow Method 2 above to email us.
