Subscriptions & Billing
How do I cancel my subscription? iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → find your PrepTW subscription → Cancel. You can continue to use the App until the end of the current period.
Refunds? App Store subscription refunds are handled by Apple. Please file a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore purchases? Open in-app Settings → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID to restore prior purchases.
Pricing? Actual prices follow localized App Store pricing for your region; please refer to the App Store for the current price.

Found an error or disagree with an answer? Please email us with the question ID (shown at the bottom right of the question) and your reasoning. We will reply and correct content within 5 business days.
How often is content updated? Whenever official syllabi or relevant regulations are revised, we update the question bank within 1-2 weeks.
