Delete Account

The App does not require user accounts. All study progress, answer history, chosen study path, and subscription status are stored locally on your device or associated with an anonymous identifier; no personal identifying information is involved.

Method 1: Uninstall the App

Long-press the app icon on your iPhone home screen → Remove App → Delete App. All local data is removed immediately.

Method 2: Delete Cloud-Side Anonymous Data

The App uses RevenueCat and PostHog to collect anonymous subscription and usage data (with no personal identifiers). To delete these anonymous records, email support@preplicense.com with subject "Delete Account — PrepLicense SG CMFAS" and include the anonymous user ID displayed at the bottom of the in-app Settings page. We will process the request within 7 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete the data described above. To cancel your subscription and delete data, first go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to cancel, then follow Method 2 above to email us.
