Frequently asked questions
Subscriptions and billing
How do I cancel a subscription? iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → find the PrepLicense subscription → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the current period.
Refunds? Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore purchases? In-app Settings → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID to restore previous purchases.
Can I buy just one examination? Yes. Each of the four examinations can be unlocked individually, or you can choose the all-access plan covering all four.
Price? Actual prices follow the localised App Store pricing for your region; the amount shown in the App Store applies.

Wrong question or disputed answer? Email us with the question ID (shown at the bottom right of each question) and your reasoning. We reply and correct within 5 business days.
How often is content updated? Whenever the official examination scope or the underlying regulations change, we update the question bank within 1–2 weeks.
Question bank scope? Covers the four SFI examinations with 1,500 original bilingual questions:
- Securities Specialist — Securities Trading Regulations & Practice; Securities Investment & Financial Analysis
- Senior Securities Specialist — Securities Trading Regulations & Practice; Investments; Financial Analysis
- Futures Specialist — Futures Trading Regulations; Futures Trading Theory & Practice
- SITE Specialist — Investment Trust & Consulting Regulations; Securities Investment & Financial Analysis; Securities Trading Regulations & Practice
Each examination offers both a practice bank and a mock exam, with the mock drawing questions in the official per-subject proportions.
Where do the questions come from? All items are written in-house against publicly available statutes and the examination scope published by the SFI — they are not reproductions of official past papers. Every question is verified against the source statute or independently recomputed.
